Bufniţa

Bufniţa cu ochelari
Dă lecţii la cocălari.
Cocălari de bani a gata
Dat numai de tata.

Bufniţa cu mărgele la gât
Deja arată amărât.
Din afară se aude râsete,
Râsetele unui băiete.

Bufniţa cu unghii roşii
Ne dictează nişte prostii.
Prostii pe care le pune şi pe tablă,
Care vor fi toată uitată.

Bufniţa un pic creaţă
Vrea să ne dea lecţii de viaţă,
Dar în sfârşit pleacă,
Plecăm şi noi înapoi la bază.



Mi-a venit inspiraţia la un seminar de microeconomie datorită profesoarei care chiar seamană foarte mult cu o bufniţă, mai ales din cauza ochelarii ei. Şi lângă faptul că azi e luni  bufniţa din poză e special pentru azi :)

Orange Slice Jello Shots

• 3 large oranges
• 1 large box of Orange Jello
• 1 cup orange vodka
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup ice cold water
• 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

*Boil 1 cup of water.  This takes time and the prep work for everything else should take about the same.

*Next cut the orange in half lengthwise.

*Now using a spoon scoop out the pulp right down to the white pith.  Scoop the pulp into a bowl as we will need to reserve 1/2 cup of the orange juice.  *When scooping out, make sure not to slip and push the spoon all the way through the rind.Using a strainer to catch the pulp, squeeze the pulp over a measuring cup to get 1/2 cup of fresh juice.  Pour the juice into a medium sized bowl.

*Next add the cup of vodka and the half cup of cold water to the bowl.  Mix.

*Open up the jello mix and place it into a large bowl.  Then add 1 cup of boiling water and stir until the jello crystals have dissolved.  Then pour in the vodka mixture and stir.

*Place the orange halves on a muffin tin to keep them upright.  Then pour the jello into each orange half.  *Make sure to pour it all the way to the top.

*Carefully place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours.

*Remove the orange halves from the fridge and cut into wedges.  Serve as is.  The perfect jello shot.

it's spring :)

Azi am fost sa ma plimb un pic in oras si ma timteam chiar foarte bine :) Ceea ce am vazut m-a facut foarte fericita, dar oricum de cateva zile nu mai pot sa stau linistita in pielea mea, oamenii erau afara, se plimbau, iubitii se se plimbau tinandu-se de mana, lumea manca inghetata... Am trecut pe langa un parc si simteam mirosul de viorele care se simtea foarte tare, si mi-am  adus aminte de acasa si pentru un moment mi-a fost dor. Am asezat pe o banca sa simt caldura soarelui, sa ma incarc cu caldura de primavara. Stand acolo ma uitam la lumea care trecea langa mine... Primavara chiar face pe oameni sa se simte ca traiesc, toata lumea trecea zambind, tinerii se jucau...
